Christopher and I are a husband and wife team,  Emily Preece & Co was founded in 1991. We’ve been creating memorable gastronomic events ever since.


Our core values are simple: making sure that every clients’ needs are taken care of no matter how big or small the event and ensuring that we only use the best produce.

Between us, we have an unrivalled knowledge of food and wine. Christopher spends a lot of time creating wonderful food in the kitchen and buying/cellaring wine, while I love experimenting with new ideas and testing with friends and family. We have a huge love for travel and have have collected a vast knowledge of food across the world - we will find any excuse to go out and sample a new restaurant!


As our business has flourished and evolved, we have never forgotten the basics of delivering exceptional food with exceptional service and have a team of professionally trained butlers and waiting staff, most of who have been with us for many years.  


All the produce is purchased from a handful of selected and established suppliers. We only use the best seasonal produce, seeking inspiration from many countries to keep our menus up-to-date and exciting.


We also cater for corporate and private clients in London and further afield, providing everything required from an intimate dinner party to a large wedding.
